This is really common! 
Most of us are impatient. When we finally are done typing up all those fun things you just can't wait to share it.
I must admit even I don't hit preview to check all those junks i typed in. When I come back to read it though, I find alot of ugly typos and mis spelled words! yuck for me.
[How do i fix this?]
Just go back to your work. Any way you want to go back to it. Just go to the category you post it at. Once you finally found it. At the top right. you'll see the word [MODIFY]
And that's how you'll come back to a box like when you were typing it. Just change what you have to change then hit MODIFY POST. YAY!
Then you're done. ;D
